World of Coffee has quickly become one of the most influential trade exhibitions in the global coffee industry. Launched by the Specialty Coffee Association in 1999, it has rapidly grown across regions, keeping pace with the coffee market’s rapid evolution.
The Asian edition brought new energy by connecting emerging markets. It provided a platform to share knowledge, showcase innovation, and engage buyers interested in origin stories and sustainability.
This year, World of Coffee took place at BITEC in Bangkok, Thailand, from May 7th to 9th, 2026. More than 400 companies from every part of the coffee supply chain gathered under one roof. Producers, roasters, manufacturers, distributors, and cafe operators could see how their products performed in a fast-changing market. Bali Origins was among them.
Bali Origins had its first public debut on the international stage, introducing high-quality coffee from Bali and beyond to the world. We showcased our first batches of washed coffee, freshly brewed and presented through carefully crafted sessions.
Setting the Standard at World of Coffee Bangkok

At Booth D411, we opened our doors to the industry over three days. Visitors were invited to experience every stage of coffee preparation, from brewing to tasting, and to see how we maintain consistency at each step.
Three world-class coffee champions led a series of exclusive sessions.
Ryan Wibawa, recognized for precise manual brewing and turning technical skill into a clean cup, presented specialty pour-over sessions on the first and second days of the event. He placed third in the 2024 World Brewers Cup and has won multiple Indonesian Brewers Cup titles. His approach was built on discipline and control.
Ryan shared his knowledge of extraction and balance, setting a standard for how coffee should perform under carefully controlled conditions.
Muhammad Aga, the 2025 World Espresso Champion and two-time Indonesian Barista Champion, led the coffee presentation and preparation at our booth across all three days. Aga presented several signature drinks, including creations he developed on his path to winning the world championship.

His analytical approach helped develop coffee profiles that stay consistent and expressive across brewing methods. This reliability matters to commercial buyers.
Inthat Ueasakaree, winner of the Thailand Brewers Cup in 2025 and 2026, brought regional experience to the table through his specialty pour-over sessions on the final day.
Known for his keen senses and talent for revealing the subtle flavors of manual brewing, his work supported our core message that great coffee depends on qualities that can be repeated in any setting.
The booth also ran a crowd favorite: a coffee bean weight-guessing competition. Visitors gathered around the display, studying the beans, making estimates, and debating their guesses with one another. Participants were invited to guess the exact weight of the beans on display. The winner received six months of free coffee, with 250g of arabica and 250g of robusta each month.

By the end of the weekend, we crowned our lucky winner, who guessed the total weight, which was 4.6kg, exactly right.
How the Coffee Was Presented and Understood
How we presented coffee at the booth showed the care and attention we put into every step of the production process.
Each cup represented a controlled system. Coffee beans came from trusted plantations, underwent structured post-harvest handling, and were managed under strict quality control. This process produced high-quality beans that meet global market expectations.
Building on this foundation of quality, visitors moved from flavor notes to broader questions. Can this quality be sustained or improved over time and remain consistent through shipping, locations, and brewing environments?
Buyers demanded proof, and we delivered clear answers on the spot.
Amid these interactions, the atmosphere at World of Coffee Bangkok was dynamic, with fast-paced conversations and visitors constantly moving between booths in search of standout offerings.

The Bali Origins booth reflected this energy, and visitors’ responses showed it.
In today’s market, great coffee depends on more than taste. Preparation, consistency, traceability, and controlled processing add value. These strengths position us as a manufacturing partner offering reliable, scalable solutions.
The event also opened the door to new connections across the industry, from introductory conversations to deeper discussions about long-term supply partnerships.
