OMAR KHALIL

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Omar Khalil is a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer and Chief Technology Officer at Bali Origins with more than 10 years of hands-on experience in coffee production and processing.

His background combines engineering discipline with direct operational exposure across sourcing, post-harvest processing, roasting, quality control, and production workflows, including cherry intake, wet and dry processing, drying, defect reduction, and consistency optimization.

Omar is a CQI Processing Professional (Arabica) certified, HACCP Certified, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) certified professional with applied experience translating engineering analyses into process-level improvements that support quality consistency and operational reliability.

MADE BAGUS YOGI

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Made Bagus Yogi Lesmana is an Indonesian operations and engineering professional with over 20 years of experience across engineering leadership, property development, and high-standard food and beverage environments.

With a foundation as a mechanical engineer, Made has held director- level leadership positions in 5-star hospitality operations, overseeing food and beverage production, utilities, and compliance frameworks within large-scale facilities.

Made brings more than 10 years of direct experience in coffee-related and food processing environments, with a proven record in HACCP implementation and audits, achieving minimum scores of 85%, and is RCA-certified for food safety professionals.

I NYOMAN PASEK

FIELD SOURCING & PROCESSING OFFICER

I Nyoman Pasek Suadnyana Putra is an Indonesian food and beverage professional with more than 20 years of experience in production, quality control, and operational supervision, including 10 years in international hospitality and 10 years in national-level commercial operations.

Nyoman holds a strong track record in HACCP implementation and audits with minimum audit scores of 85%, is RCA-certified, and holds a Coffee Bean Roasting Certificate, supporting field sourcing, processing oversight, and quality control at Bali Origins.

We supply premium single-origin coffee for hotels, resorts, and wellness destinations seeking a refined guest experience. Our roasted and green coffee beans offer clean flavor profiles, consistent quality, and a strong Indonesian identity, making them ideal for hospitality environments where consistency and presentation matter.

CAFES

Bali Origins partners with cafés that require wholesale roasted and green coffee beans for consistent daily service. With carefully controlled processing and moisture management, our beans deliver consistent extraction, balanced flavor, and reliable brewing results.
